I am a seventeen year old girl. I'm a senior in high school, and I am homeschooled, and have been since 2nd grade. I live in NW Washington with my Mom and my 14 year old sister. Click here for 25 Facts about me.
I love reading, writing, and hanging out with my friends. If you read this blog much, you will see lots of posts about books, movies and TV shows, and well as homeschooling, and daily life. I first started writing when I was 8, and I published a four page 'newsletter' for my friends and family each month for 4 years.
Since that ended several years ago, school as taken up more of my time then ever, but I still try to find time to write. For the last four years (2011, 2012, 2013, and 2014) I have completed NaNoWriMo (National Novel Writing Month), a challenge to write a 50,000 word novel in a month. While I don't really see myself as a novelist (though who knows what the future will bring), it is a wonderful experience, and one I plan on repeating every November.
Really, I'm a girl who probably spends too much time watching YouTube videos (DFTBA!), and could probably live at the library. I spend too much money at my local independent bookstore (this is probably because they sell not only amazing books, but also amazing fudge), and I spend too much time trying to catalog my books, only to have to start all over again each time I get a new one.
I'm a girl who finds myself writing book reviews in my head while I read, and who was terribly sad when Google Reader shut down. I get excited over picking out a new school planner, and I love learning traditional Irish Dance choreography.
I totally geek out over Downton Abbey and Doctor Who, and I am loving Gilmore Girls and Lost too. I know way too much about Buffy the Vampire Slayer, and I'm really into shows like Gravity Falls, Over the Garden Wall, and Steven Universe.

About This Blog
This is my secondary blog. To find my book reviews and other normal content, visit my primary blog. Here I will be posting (almost) daily updates about what I'm up to for my friends and family. Stay as long as you like, but this blog won't be aimed at the general reader.
